I work at the intersection of policy, technology, and governance—helping organizations navigate the complex relationship between AI innovation and responsible decision-making.

As a Policy Analyst at Integrity Studio, I bring a public policy perspective to technology governance, contributing to strategy and operations at this Austin-based tech startup. My background in legislative analysis combined with graduate work in public administration positions me to translate between the worlds of policy and technology.

What drives my work: A conviction that good policy and good technology make each other better. The most sophisticated compliance system is useless without a clear policy framework. The best policy is hollow without technical implementation. I’m passionate about building bridges between these disciplines.

Focus Areas

AI Policy & Governance

Technology regulation is being written in real time—in legislatures, agencies, and corporate boardrooms. I’m interested in how policy can enable innovation while managing genuine risks. This means understanding both the technical capabilities of AI systems and the policy mechanisms that shape how they’re deployed.

Public Policy & Technology

The intersection of governance and innovation is where the real work happens. I’m focused on how organizations can think strategically about regulatory compliance, governance structures, and technology architecture simultaneously—not as separate problems but as integrated challenges.

Legislative Analysis & Policy Research

My experience at the Texas Legislative Council gave me deep insight into how policy gets made: the research that informs it, the constraints that shape it, and the gap between policy intent and implementation. I bring that perspective to technology governance.
